JCurve Operations

Book a diagnostic

Three weeks. Fixed fee. Read-only access.

You end it holding the charter — five ranked priorities, the criteria each one is judged on, your OML baseline and the deliverable dates. Continue with us or run it yourself.

What happens next

Four steps, no pitch deck.

  1. A 30-minute call. We ask what is actually breaking and tell you whether we are the right answer.
  2. A scope and a fixed price in writing, with the data access we need listed line by line.
  3. Three weeks. Data pull, time on your service desk, conversations with your leads.
  4. The charter and a 90-minute readout with your leadership team. Then you decide.

Two or three sentences is plenty. We will ask the rest on the call.

We use what you send here to prepare for the call and nothing else. No list, no sequence, no reselling your details. See Privacy.

Before you send it

Two things worth knowing.

We will tell you not to bother

If the problem is sales, pricing or a shareholder disagreement wearing an operations costume, the diagnostic will not fix it and we will say so on the first call.

It gets worse before it gets better

If your team cannot absorb a bad quarter on two or three workstreams, the honest advice is to wait until they can. We would rather say that now than in month four.
