What we collect, and why.
Short version: we use what you send us to reply about a diagnostic or an engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What you send us
If you use the contact form or email hello@jcurveoperations.com, we receive the name, work email, company, and message you choose to include. That is stored so we can reply and, if we work together, so we have a record of how the conversation started.
What the site logs
Our host (Azure Static Web Apps) may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use those only to keep the site running and to diagnose faults. We do not use them to build marketing profiles.
Cookies
This marketing site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will say so before anything is placed on your device.
Engagement work
If you hire us, we will handle client data under a separate agreement. Diagnostic access is read-only and scoped to what we need for the charter. We do not use client data to train public models.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can pick up a thread if you return. You can ask us to delete an enquiry email at any time.
Your requests
Email hello@jcurveoperations.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete an enquiry. We will respond within one working week.
